Shoes & patches are included, women's sizing but if mens is needed please convert mens size to women! 2-4 week turn around time!! Pls contact me if you need your order faster! Priority shipping will not get your shoes to you faster than the 2-4 weeks , it’s only for once shipped!
Patches can be cdg, kaws, any color 🌟’s, any color letters & #’s, hello kitty & chrome heart patches! Some examples of patches are at the end of pictures! There’s many more just say an idea and we can find some patches for it!

If you want to recreate a look pls use a picture number as reference … IE : “Clogs like picture 12” or if it’s from a instagram post pls give the date posted💕 or you can send a picture!!
If you can’t find how to add note just place order and I will be texting you asking you how you’d like them customized!

PrettySadityBosses will always choose the best carrier for your size package that will accommodate the quickest route as well at the best price! All shipping prices are determined by size of package and distance! Orders are shipped out from PSB within 1-3 days, after that actual shipping should take 1-7 business days! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use tracking numbers to track orders!

PSB is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages once out of our hands! If the package says delivered by postal service and you do not have it pls contact them for further assistance!
PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS : If your package is sent back after multiple failed delivery attempts with the shipping carrier because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded for your items and your items ONLY! Shipping will not be refunded, I will contact you to offer the items to be shipped out again but another shipping payment is needed!
