All shipping prices are determined by size of package and distance! Orders are shipped out from PSB within 1-3 days, after that actual shipping should take 1-7 business days! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use tracking numbers to track orders!

Processing time on pre-orders is 1-3 days but can take 1-2.5 weeks for shipping! Please allow time for delivery as pre-order products are not on hand!
PSB is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages once out of our hands!
PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS : If your package is sent back after multiple failed delivery attempts with the shipping carrier because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded for your items and your items ONLY!
